1. The Leather : bull hide leather

Our jeans belts collection is made to last forever, a simple and efficient manufacturing process based on high quality materials.

The GAROT Jeans belts collection is manufactured in 3 widths: the 1-1/2’’ (4 cm) belts which correspond to the standard width of jeans loops and other trousers with wide loops, the 1-3/8’’ (3.5 cm) models which are versatile belts, they are narrower and will suit all pants and the thin belts in 1-3/16’’ (3 cm).

The GAROT Jeans collection is made from indestructible, unlined full grain bull leather (one solid piece of leather). Our leathers are 100 % full Grain vegetable tanned and colored through the heart with natural pigment during the tanning process for unalterable colors. Our belts receive a water repellent treatment to limit the impact of humidity on the leather. The buckles we use, in addition to being of premium quality, are 100% recyclable (Zamak).

2. The buckles : Zamak or nothing

Our Jeans belts are fitted with zamak (German alloy) buckles. We offer 4 finishes obtained by electrolytic coloring which consists of depositing the desired finish directly in the ports of the material by electrolysis. The buckles of our belts and our belts are therefore available in silver, brushed metal, shiny metal, and brass finish. When the buckles are offered in a material other than zamak, this is specified in the product sheet. As for solid brass finishes for example.

We use zamak buckles because this material offers an excellent compromise between strength, quality of finish and purchase price, this allows us to offer you the collection of Garot jeans belts at an entry price of $49.99. For comparison, models fitted with a solid brass buckle are sold for 74 € price difference mainly due to the buckle. All our buckles are guaranteed for 3 years. Zamak is 100% recyclable, it's the perfect compromise between great quality and fair prices.
