1. A belt is usually worn at the third or fourth hole. Regarding your size, simply measure your belt from the end of the buckle (included) to the hole where you buckle your belt, this will give you your exact 'belt' waist measurement.
2. Then simply report your 'belt' size in the size section of the product page of the belt you want us to make for you. We take care of the rest.
