Shipping and returns.

The transport of your package.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment except when it is necessary for us to custom a specific model, if we have to make the belt (dome models are exclusively made to measure) it may take 3/4 more days, but we inform you when this is the case. The standard shipping mode: the international Delivengo, delivery from our French workshop to the US can take between 6 and 12 days according to their website, according to our experience it is usually around 10 days. If you want a quicker delivery with signature or not, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever the mode of shipment you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to the package containing fragile products, fortunately our belts do not have the reputation of being fragile.

If you wish to return your belt, we will provide you with an address in US (Oregon) to facilitate the exchange. Our return policy is extremely simple: if we have made a mistake when preparing your order, the return costs and the costs of sending your new belt are entirely at our expense. If you wish to exchange your belt because you have changed your mind or if you have made a mistake in size, (we always strongly recommend to follow our belt size guide which is 100% efficient) the return costs and the shipping costs of your new belt are your responsibility.

Refunds:

If you wish to be reimbursed after a purchase, same approach: if we made a mistake when preparing your order, we take the return costs at our expense and reimburse you for all costs and the belt(s). If you have changed your mind and you no longer want a belt, we will of course reimburse you for the belt upon receipt of it, but the transport costs are at your expense.

You will never have to ship back your purchase in Europe, we have our office and team in Lake Oswego OR to receive your returns.
